Professional Medical Copy Request Retrieval

This page allows you to pay for and retrieve a copy of the medical records you have requested from one of the facilities served by Professional Medical Copy. To retrieve your request, you will need the tracking number and the download code which can be found on the download notifications you received.

If you wish to pay for or download a project list, enter the Invoice / Tracking Number (beginning with "A") as well as the download code below.

Professional Medical Copy accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover only. American Express is not accepted.
